Greg Haller is the new COO for Alorica.
Haller served as market president of the Pacific for Verizon Wireless, responsible for the company’s operations in 7 western states. He previously served as president of Enterprise and Government for Verizon Wireless, responsible for all sales and service to multi-national corporations and federal government accounts. Haller has more than 27 years’ experience in the wireless industry, having joined one of Verizon Wireless’ legacy companies in Dayton, Ohio, in 1989.
Previously, Haller served as vice president of Consumer Products, responsible for the company’s consumer product portfolio, voice and data product sets, pricing and promotion, pre-paid products and global services. He also served as president of the company’s Michigan/Indiana/Kentucky Region, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, service and overall operations across the three states.
He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
