Entrepreneurial Opportunities in IoT

September 1, 2015

Print
Join us on Tuesday, September 1st as we recognize the evolution of what was formally described as the Machine to Machine (M2M) sector, to the ubiquitous sector now referred to as Internet of Things (IoT). At this program we will look at where this sector started, where it is now, and where it is going. San Diego has inherent assets to position the region as an important hub for IoT. Our region has the potential to be the hub for IoT, as personified by our panel, three seasoned IoT entrepreneurs, all from San Diego based companies. Learn what IoT has achieved and where it is going. Should we be concerned about a euphoric overshoot of IoT? When is a good time to begin a startup or have an investor involved as you launch a new IoT venture? Which sectors are going to see the most traction in IoT?
