Jordan Becker, VP, General Manger, Geospatial Intelligence & ISR, BAE Systems, Inc.
Jordan Becker is Vice President and General Manager for the Geospatial Intelligence and ISR business area within the Intelligence and Security Sector at BAE Systems, Inc. This business supports solutions for US Government customers within the intelligence and defense communities. GeoINT-ISR is a leader in the development of geospatial intelligence storage and management, and systems for geo-positioning that employ photogrammetry, data analytics and meta-data management for full motion video geo-registration, human geography, airborne vehicle routing, and targeting.
Mr. Becker holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a Director of EvoNexus San Diego, and a pioneer member of the Internet Society. Mr. Becker is married with 3 children, and lives in San Diego California.
Meg Redlin, Product Line Manager, Mission Solutions, BAE Systems, Inc.
Meg Redlin is the Program Director of Mission Management and Precision Engagement Solutions in BAE’s GEOINT-ISR business. Meg develops mission critical systems and solutions for BAE Systems defense customers. She attended the United States Air Force Academy and served as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force. She was offered a position as an Operations Director at a Ground Station. In this role, Meg worked side-by-side with development contractors and came to enjoy the process of developing systems capable of addressing mission challenges.
Meg also holds a Masters degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
Andy Lincoln, Vice-President, Chief Engineer, Global Space Networks, Viasat, Inc.
Andy Lincoln supports Viasat’s Global Space Networks team as chief engineer and Viasat’s UK business as a technical advisor. Andy’s work is focused on government satellite communications systems, tactical networks, situational awareness, encryption, cyber/network security, and protected communications systems. Andy’s technical interests range from waveforms to protocols and networks and from ASICs to modems, radios, terminals, and gateways.
Andy joined Viasat in 1997 and has almost 40 years’ experience in communications systems, including terrestrial wireless, satellite communications and terrestrial networking for defense, commercial, and consumer applications. Andy is part of Viasat’s technical leadership team working to bring resilient, cyber-secure, protected, and affordable communications to Defense users through leverage of Viasat’s commercial high-capacity satellite systems and related technologies. Prior to Viasat, Andy worked at San Diego tech firms Linkabit and PCSI on satellite & terrestrial communications and voice compression.
Andy holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and University of California San Diego, respectively, focusing on communications theory and system design.
