PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Next-generation wireless communications is emerging as the most important technology of this millennium and Qualcomm Incorporated is working hard to deliver these technologies and solutions to its consumers, professionals and government entities. Topics to be discussed will include current 3G chipset technologies, the next-generation services that will be supported on the chipset and insight on where Qualcomm sees the market going over the next five to ten years. Qualcomm executives will share this vision in terms of wireless devices and how users will benefit from new capabilities, the direction of MediaFLO USA focusing on the capability of receiving live TV on your cellular phone, and the “ultra real-time” phenomenon when millions share the same life-changing experience at the same time through their advanced mobile multimedia devices.
