Scanning the World: How Drones and 3D Mapping will Transform Industries from Architecture to Agriculture
The biggest opportunity in the digital revolution is to “measure the world”, recording everything around us so we can manage it better. Over the past two decades we’ve done this with our screen lives, tracking clicks and searches to tailor our online experience. But now we can do the same with the real world, using sensors and robotics to measure everything from our health to our crops to make smarter decisions about how we manage them. In this talk, Chris Anderson will focus on drones as a example of “airborne big data”, using cheap sensors and autonomous vehicles to transform industries from agriculture to construction.
Join us for an exciting night with 3D Robotics CEO, Chris Anderson as he discusses how drones and 3D mapping will transform industries from architecture to agriculture. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to hear this highly talked about topic!
