Lincoln joined DreamWorks in 2008 as Head of Research and Development and has led the re-architecture of DreamWorks production platform to bring scalable multicore, and cloud computing into the heart of the interactive workflows of the studio. Lincoln was promoted to Head of Technology in August 2011. In the 80s and 90s, Lincoln had a long academic career as a researcher and Professor at Edinburgh, Texas and Oxford University, researching and teaching mathematics and computer science. He has a degree in Math and Physics from Durham University and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh University.

Marc Tayer has over 25 years of experience in the media technology and broadband communications field. During his career he has been a catalyst in developing high-growth businesses using groundbreaking technologies including digital television, HDTV, Internet video, VOD, content protection and high-speed Internet. He is currently an independent consultant (MediaTech Insights). From 2005 through 2009 he was SVP Marketing & Business Development at Imagine Communications, a leading innovator in digital video solutions, enabling service providers such as Comcast and Time Warner Cable to deliver bandwidth-intensive services (HDTV) with optimal video quality.Tayer worked at GI/Motorola for over 15 years, ultimately becoming VP Global Marketing and VP Business Development. He received an Emmy Award in 1996 for his pivotal role in creating the world’s first multi-channel digital television system. Upon leaving Motorola, he was co-founder and SVP business development at Aerocast, a pioneering Internet video start-up backed by Liberty Media and Motorola. Aerocast made its mark by streaming The X Games over the Internet, with entertainment quality, to cable modem subscribers in partnership with ESPN, Comcast and AT&T Broadband. He then worked for Cablevision and Rainbow Media in the areas of HDTV and new technology. Tayer received his MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and his BA from Williams College
