Job Description
LoanHero is looking for a Customer Experience Representative (CER) who would like to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company poised for rapid growth.
The CER will be responsible for supporting both Merchants and end user Customers across a number of different markets. You will be providing support and guidance at multiple stages of the loan process and providing a great experience to those on the phone. We’re looking for someone who loves people, gets technology and wants to be a part of a passionate and dedicated team.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Merchants and Customers at different stages in the loan process
- Have a strong understanding of the loan process and identify what’s needed to move to the next stage
- Able to quickly diagnose customer issues and deescalate frustrated users new to the platform and technology
- Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to improve the customer experience
- Assist in the Merchant on-boarding process
- Educate Merchants on best practices and product features to optimize use of the loan platform
- Be an expert on the LoanHero technology platform
- Creative problem solver – Find solutions to challenging problems, while operating under tight deadlines
Skills/Experience
- 1 – 3 years of experience in sales operations, implementation, customer support or account management services
- Finance experience a plus
- Self-starter, ability to work and thrive with a small team
- Capable of communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Experience resolving difficult situations
- Passion for details, solid execution, and continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
