Advanced Image Robotics Names CTO

Advanced Image Robotics (AIR)

Advanced Image Robotics (AIR) is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Debrosse as Chief Technology Officer.

Jeff comes to AIR with over 20 years senior-level experience in IT, cybersecurity and robotics engineering. Prior to joining AIR, Jeff ran technology consulting firm Sympler, developing enterprise solutions for robotics in mining, data centers, logistics and more. He was also co-founder & CTO of NXT Robotics, a company that builds autonomous solutions for facilities security.

“I’m geeked to have Jeff on the team,” said AIR Chief Product Officer Nick Nordquist. “We immediately connected around creating powerful camera control systems that are easy to use. His deep knowledge base will bring unparalleled capability to our smart, connected camera system.”

“We got to know Jeff through the UCSD Contextual Robotics Institute, and the fit was obvious,” said CEO Kevin McClave. “He is rapidly accelerating our development cycles for early adopters.”

Advanced Image Robotics is an EvoNexus start-up building automated camera control and cloud-based video distribution technology for the $247 billion ProAV market. AIR solutions are highly portable, save 40-60% on high-end production costs, and unlock new creative possibilities. Founded in April 2020, AIR is generating revenue while still in stealth and expects to reveal its debut product line in early 2021.

The AIR founding team includes tech manufacturing and supply chain veteran, Kevin McClave; and 11-time Emmy® Award winning filmmaker, Nick Nordquist.
