He is an expert in identifying and creating globally relevant technology solutions across healthcare platforms by leveraging the transformative power of wireless and information technologies. He has held senior management positions in multiple industry-leading companies, as well as in the U.S. State Department (where he holds a Top Secret clearance). From developing scalable product strategies, to successful tactical implementation plans, his “Voice of the Customer” approach has garnered praise from stakeholders, customers, and organizations across the globe.
He has served as a senior U.S. diplomat in representing U.S. interests internationally, and can provide strategic insight, market development, advocacy, and counseling to help U.S. firms successfully navigate the rapidly changing trade dynamics between the United States and the global markets.

Ashok honed his product development skills with market leading companies such as G.E. Healthcare, Abbott Labs, St. Jude Medical, Medtronic and Bacchus Vascular. His global responsibilities included key products like drug delivery infusion systems, insulin delivery systems, pacemakers, defibrillators, and medication management systems. He has also held executive level positions in emerging healthcare companies. His strategic experience has encompassed disease states like diabetes, cardiology, oncology, DVT, nephrology and breast cancer imaging.
Ashok’s business acumen has been another driving force in many of his successes in strategic M&A, product development and launches. As Vice President of the Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance (WLSA), the first industry association in digital health (now merged with HIMSS), he met and positively influenced representatives from many enterprises and organizations at the global meetings that he organized.
Ashok has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has been issued four design patents for medical devices.
