Led Broadcom’s Mobile and Wireless Group, which in 2013 accounted for 45% of the company’s total revenue with $3.9 Billion in annual revenue and 4,500 employees. He worked for Broadcom for over twelve years.
Built Broadcom’s Wireless Connectivity business (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Touch and NFC) from $250 million to $3 Billion and led it to number 1 market share positions in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Wireless Combo Chips. Bob served as EVP & General Manager at Broadcom Corp where he had P&L responsibility for Broadcom’s $3.9B/4500 person Mobile and Wireless Group.
Built Lucent Microelectronics Analog Modem business from zero to $350 Million.
Worked with leading companies that include Agere Systems (now part of Avago), Lucent Technologies and AT&T Bell Labs. Bob is currently a Board Member at Keysight Technologies, KLA-Tencor and IDT-Integrated Device Technology.
