Brad is a senior strategic leader in big data and data privacy. His diverse experience includes working with Wall Street fintech in New York, as well as startup companies in Silicon Valley and London.
Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership positions in engineering management, strategic consulting, sales engineering and professional services at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Cisco Systems, DataStax and Privitar. Brad holds six patents from his work at Cisco.
He is an open-source author and has created a format-preserving encryption library, Mysto, which makes privacy-enhancing technology more accessible to businesses and users. Mysto enables software developers to de-identify personal information within their database, in compliance with national encryption standards.
Brad has a B.A. in physics and mathematics from Drew University, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, he is a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
