Kalle Marsal is a seasoned senior executive with an extensive background in building and leading global, high-performance teams across B2B, B2C, enterprise software, hardware, technology systems and services markets. He has a proven track record of rapid, high-impact success in startup, growth companies and turnaround situations.
Kalle is a board member, investor, and advisor to several successful growth ventures across many technology sectors. Previously, Kalle was the COO and CMO of Mitek (NASDAQ: MITK), a global regulatory technology leader. He also served in numerous executive roles at HP (NYSE: HPQ), including as VP of Product for the inkjet printing division. Kalle was a senior leader within the new ventures group at HP, where he founded and developed a $300+ million business operating in 20 countries. Prior to HP, Kalle was a general manager at an early-stage private equity firm as well as a senior management consultant at Bain & Company.
Kalle holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science both in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was honored as an Arjay Miller Scholar.
