Lucy Janoyan, MHA, is Director of Business Transactions, Strategic Initiatives & Sharp Ventures at Sharp HealthCare, where she leads strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, venture collaborations, and innovation initiatives across one of California’s largest integrated health systems. She serves as the primary liaison between Sharp’s operational leaders, executive team, and emerging technology companies to evaluate and implement solutions that improve patient care and health system performance.
Prior to joining Sharp, Lucy served as Chief Executive Officer of Hello Pediatrics, Chief Operating & Strategy Officer at Biography Health, and Chief Operating Officer of CHE Behavioral Health Services, where she led national growth, operational transformation, and value creation across multi-state healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, she has successfully scaled healthcare businesses, developed strategic partnerships, and brought innovative care models to market.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California.
