President & CEO, San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE)
Lisa Easterly currently serves as San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence’s (CCOE) President & CEO, where she is responsible for leading the mission, business strategy, programs, funding, and financial oversight of the nonprofit organization dedicated to growing the regional cyber economy. She has over 17 years of experience working in various roles with different organizations. Lisa’s work experience started in 2002 as a Sales Associate at Morgan Stanley, where she was responsible for managing high-net worth client accounts. After that, Lisa worked as a Business Development Coordinator at Paul Hastings, where she marketed the San Diego office and global IP, litigation, and employment practices. Later, she joined Latham & Watkins as a Business Development Manager, where she established and managed the local business development department and guided emerging companies’ practice development. Additionally, Lisa worked with the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation as a Vice President of Marketing and as a Senior Advisor, where she managed economic development and marketing projects. Lisa was also a founding member of the Board of Directors and Chair of Education & Outreach Committee at Cleantech San Diego.
Lisa Easterly holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Florida, where she studied entrepreneurship, marketing, corporate finance, and operations. Prior to earning her M.B.A., Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree also from the University of Florida, with a focus on business administration, finance, and economics.
