Her expertise is rooted in extensive, hands-on leadership, evolving from clinical practice into high-impact IT. She implemented large-scale Internet of Things (IoT) initiatives, including Medical Devices Integration with EMR systems. Quyen guided AI-driven analytics at Becton Dickinson and, as a Global Head of Service at Philips HealthCare, led a large product portfolio to achieve its first-ever positive EBITA.
