Steve Gerardi is a Workforce Strategy Advisor and Technology Practice Leader at TriNet, where he works with small and mid-sized businesses to build the people infrastructure needed to grow. Steve brings more than two decades of experience working with growth-oriented organizations across technology, SaaS, PropTech, HR technology, financial services, and consulting. His career has included leadership roles spanning strategic partnerships, business development, go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, and enterprise solutions. That experience gives him a practical perspective on the challenges companies face as they move from early-stage growth to more complex organizations, particularly around building teams, developing scalable infrastructure, forming strategic partnerships, and preparing the organization for its next stage of growth.
