Yasser Alsaied is a global technology executive with over 30 years of experience building high-value businesses across three continents. Currently the President of Facilis.ai, he champions digital sovereignty and agentic AI while serving as a strategic advisor to organizations like NetLync, XRcare, and Khalifa University.

His leadership career is highlighted by transformative roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Qualcomm. As Global VP of IoT at AWS, Yasser managed services for 55,000 customers and 3 billion devices, notably architecting a $5.3 billion cloud deployment in Saudi Arabia and the landmark BMW-Qualcomm-AWS automotive partnership. During his 14-year tenure at Qualcomm, he led the Reference Design initiative, which revolutionized the smartphone industry by reducing manufacturer time-to-market from 18 to 6 months – a move that enabled brands like Xiaomi, Oppo Vivo, and OnePlus to become global leaders.

Based in Seattle with deep operational experience in Silicon Valley, China, Japan, and the Gulf region, Yasser possesses a unique ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, architect partnerships across diverse markets, and structure high-impact joint ventures like Thundercomm.
