Betsy Francis, AVP Business Development
Betsy Francis is Area Vice President-Business Development with AT&T’s Emerging Devices Organization. In her role, Betsy leads the Emerging Devices Business Development team responsible for proactively targeting, identifying and managing strategic partners within the consumer electronics segment. Previously, Betsy was Executive Director, National Channel Marketing for AT&T Mobility. In this role, Betsy was responsible for setting strategic marketing direction for the National Distribution Channels, and implementing and executing national marketing promotions. She also led the marketing initiatives for the Apple partnership.  With over 14 years in the wireless industry, Betsy has held a number of positions that have allowed her to demonstrate her skills across a broad range of the Mobility business including company store sales management, regional management and regional sales operations management. She is an expert in providing hands-on leadership in sales and marketing, performance management, cost management and strategic development. She is adept at developing business relationships at the highest levels and has experience dealing with complex partnerships. Betsy is recognized by senior management and her peers as a management professional with proven business and leadership skills. Betsy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts & Communications from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Betsy currently resides in Atlanta, GA.Smart Energy
Mindy Herndon, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Applications
Mindy Herndon is Senior Product Marketing Manager in AT&T’s Premium Content Organization. Mindy partners with content providers to bring their apps onboard AppCenter, AT&T’s storefront for downloadable premium content. Mindy has been with AT&T (formerly Cingular) for nine years. For the first eight years, she worked in Advertising and in Marketing Communications. In October 2009, Mindy moved to the Premium Content team. Mindy is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she double-majored in Advertising and English. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

Win Williams, AVP Business Development
Win is Area Vice President for Emerging Devices with AT&T. Win leads the business development team for the healthcare segment and has been a member of the Emerging Device team since its inception. Win has 20 years of wireless experience, was involved in the launch of 3 markets and has worked at BellSouth, Cingular and now AT&T. Win has been in a headquarters role for the last 10 years. Win is a graduate of Baylor University.
