Joseph Bousaba is the head of the Internet of Everything (IoE) Business within Qualcomm. In his role, Joseph assumes full responsibility for product management, business development, and business operations for consumer electronics, smart home/control & automation, wearables, and machine-to-machine/smart cities within IoE.
Prior to this, Joseph was responsible for Qualcomm Atheros’ strategy office and emerging businesses which covered strategic planning, roadmap and portfolio management, and the incubation of new connectivity businesses (e.g. expanding Qualcomm Atheros connectivity position in cars and home automation). Before moving into the emerging businesses division, Joseph was a part of the consumer business unit, responsible for product management and marketing for wireless connectivity in consumer electronics.
Before joining Qualcomm, Joseph was at Philips Semiconductors (currently NXP) where he held leadership positions in marketing of products including WLAN, WLAN/BT combos and ASIC/ASSP RF. He also held engineering roles working on the development of integrated circuits for TDMA and CDMA cellular phone applications as well as BiCMOS devices and processing.
Joseph earned both a Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina, in addition to a tailored MBA (for Philips Semiconductors) from Ashridge College in the United Kingdom.

Pankaj Srivastava brings more than 20 years of Systems Integration, Solutions and Software Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture experience. Over the last 10 years, he has played the role of Technical / Business leader of innovative Software Engineering Groups and Solutions Technology Groups. Over the years he has also developed in-depth technical expertise in the areas of Application Infrastructure, SOA, Middleware and Enterprise Applications, Video-based applications, and Cloud Applications.
At Cisco over the past 10 years, he has led several innovative solution development and delivery initiatives, creating solutions and businesses around those new solutions. As leader of Software Solutions and Platforms Group, Pankaj has led the creation, development, management, business planning and delivery of a succession of software-enabled, integrated hardware/software solutions: RFID and Supply Chain, joint Cisco-SAP in Governance Risk and Compliance, Financial Trades Monitoring, Application Visibility and Monitoring, the Video-based Fan experience solution for Sports & Entertainment, Video/Kiosk solutions for Transportation and subway systems, Lecture Streaming/Capture solutions for Higher Education customers and Cloud based application solutions/platforms for Education and Healthcare industries. These solutions are all based on network-embedded software platforms that Pankaj has created – platforms that enable HTML5-based application experience, complex-event processing and application infrastructure capabilities in the network.
For these solutions he has also led lighthouse implementations of the solutions at key customers in several industries – Sports, Logistics, Transportation, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Education and Telecommunications Service Providers. In addition, Pankaj plays a lead role as Enterprise Architect in engaging key customers for business transformation, using software-enabled solutions and cloud-based applications.
Pankaj Srivastava has a Computer Science B.Sc. from M.I.T with a minor in Economics.

Dr. Jane Ren is the President of MQIdentity, Inc., a technology company delivering next generation software for distributed execution in IoT systems.
Prior to co-founding MQIdentity Jane was the Chief Business Architect at GE Global Software Center, where she spearheaded software-enabled business transformations across GE’s Healthcare, Transportation, Aviation and Energy businesses. She product managed the core software platform Predix to drive GE’s “Industrial Internet” initiative. Previously at Cisco, Jane was responsible for GTM strategies and major customer engagements for the Service Exchange Platform.
A medical doctor by training, Jane worked as an internist and then a healthcare executive before joining the tech industry. At Sutter Health system, she built one of the first and largest Telemedicine programs in California.
