EvoNexus Announces Strategic Partnerships with Alto Innovations and Richtr Financial Studio to Strengthen Startup Growth and Innovation

San Diego, CA — October 14th, 2025 — EvoNexus, California’s leading nonprofit technology incubator, is pleased to announce new corporate partnerships with Alto Innovations and Richtr Financial Studio, two organizations that will bring specialized expertise and value to the EvoNexus startup community.

Alto Innovations, a Silicon Valley–based technology firm, specializes in digital transformation, intelligent IT solutions, and creative strategy. Kate Gilchrist, the Director and a Board Member at Alto Innovations joined the EvoNexus Board of Directors in May of this year. Alto’s partnership with EvoNexus highlights the technical and digital resources available to founders developing scalable, high-impact ventures. Alto’s experience in building enterprise software, AI-driven platforms, and user-centered digital systems will provide valuable insights for early-stage companies navigating product development and growth.

“Alto Innovations brings deep expertise in digital systems and AI-driven solutions,” said Rory Moore, Co-Founder and CEO of EvoNexus. “Their involvement will add tremendous value to our startup ecosystem. Kate Gilchrist provides the EvoNexus organization and board a perspective of a younger generation of innovation and leadership that is essential as we understand future generations of entrepreneurs.”

Richtr Financial Studio joins EvoNexus as an Accounting & Finance Partner, offering outsourced accounting and fractional CFO services tailored to the unique needs of early-stage innovation companies. With deep experience across life sciences, aerospace & defense, deep tech, and government-funded sectors, Richtr serves as a financial support for startups—providing industry-specific expertise, scalable systems, investor-ready reporting, and strategic forecasting.

“A typical 2-4 person startup underestimates the importance of establishing a clean accounting process especially when their focus is to create their minimum viable product. Often the accounting duties are either assigned to one of the founders or a mom-and-pop accounting service that rarely engages with a technology start-up. The Richtr partnership with EvoNexus provides our current companies in incubation with a service tailored for them at their stage. Maileen Flores, CPA and Partner at Richter Financial Studio, has already engaged with a number of our startups and has taken over the accounting for EvoNexus as well,” Rory Moore, CEO and Co-Founder

These collaborations further EvoNexus’ mission to empower startups through access to top-tier industry partners, helping founders build sustainable, investor-ready businesses and drive long-term innovation.
